I tried these capsules a few months ago and gave up after a week as I didn't see any 'improvement' and put it down to another wasted purchase. But then last week, I thought, let's give it another go. I increased to dose from 2 pills per days.
I’ve been using this brand for a couple of months now and I will continue it. Upping my water intake as well as taking these supplements has made me feel so much healthier internally also. You do need eat well and drink plenty of water to get the desired effect from this. I will recommend these to anyone even if it wasn’t for the intended outcome.
Great product and worth the money. These capsules, do in fact, make you so much cleaner and regular and compact, fresh, and clean.
Neem leaves are truly awful to drink even with pineapple or honey. I only managed to drink it twice and gave up. Saying that; the Capsule is exactly how it should be for Neem. It leaves my hair super soft and my face really clean and refreshed as-well-as soft. For that I highly recommend.
